-
Financial regulations differ between countries, and the internal processes for loan approvals, or account management. And of course to produce a sufficiently flexible system that can always remain ready for regulation changes.
-
Multiple features in the product while keeping a clean and intuitive display

The Solution
In order to produce a uniform system between the different countries

-
Understanding the competitors. Learning their marketing strategies and functionalities, understanding the market importance, and how it can improve the usability of the app. In addition, Learning the design language of the field.
-
Knowing the user. Characterizing the target audience. Preparing international questionnaires and distributing them through local representatives, with international characterization meetings.
-
The development work included managing developers from different countries and a deep understanding of the React Native environment, the Wireframe phase included conversations with the developers in order to optimize the quality of the work time frame of the project.
